In the bridge construction, girder transporter and other casting yard equipment are very important. They can help the workers to delivery girder from PC yard to construction site very smoothly. It can be controlled by cabin or remote control. It is very easy to operate. We can design and manufacture different types of transporter to suit the site construction.
Major Casting Yard Equipment
Major Casting Yard Equipment: Straddle Carriers, Goliath Cranes, and Transporters. Efficient casting yard operations rely on heavy-duty equipment like straddle carriers, goliath cranes, and transporters to handle large precast elements. Straddle carriers provide easy mobility for heavy girders, goliath cranes facilitate lifting and placement with precision, and transporters ensure smooth on-site movement.
We also have movable scaffolding system (MSS)
If MSS is used, there is no need for any PC yard, girder transporter, and formwork. All the girders will be cast-in-situ. The Movable Scaffolding System (MSS) eliminates the need for a precasting yard, transporters, and additional formwork, as it enables on-site casting of girders. This method reduces logistics challenges and speeds up construction.
